Are atheists hold the least biased views on the existence of gods as they have nothing to gain and nothing to loose by proving or disproving it?

Atheists hold a biased view on the existence of God because they do not believe that He exists. The least biased people would be agnostics because they don't believe one way or the other. They just don't know. Atheists believe that there is not a God. They will try to prove that they are right in their belief so they are just as biased as a Christian, Muslim, or Buddhist.

I do think that atheists have the least biased views, seeing as most of the time they have studied both sides of the argument and rejected one, unlike a lot of religious fundamentalists. But saying they are the supreme authority sounds a bit too arrogant

~~~MGG ,,,,user-friendly deduction can coach it. Of all Mankind's gods,,, there are nonetheless some which exist. of path people who've a god experience that the others are fake. What determines the Legitimacy of ANY of those gods, previous or present is,,, the guy faith of The Believer,,,and regularly it is motivated by utilising their place of delivery in the international. Now evaluate how ALL gods previous and present have printed themselves to the international. They particularly do not present themselves to The Heretics who might relatively be the main in want of Divine guidance. No god can stand up to truthful Scrutiny by utilising an knowledgeable mind not motivated by utilising some Church Authority. it is historic actuality acheived by utilising the right Non-Sectarian Thinkers of Human history. Open your ideas and set it loose from Dogmatism.
Absolutely not, and to say otherwise is ridiculous. Their views are just as biased as anyone else's views since it is based on personal perception, belief, faith, opinion, logic, reason, etc. They claim just as much gain as anyone else by proselytizing their belief system on others, whether it is a gain in personal pride and ego believing they are intellectually superior over another or converted another person into their belief system there by believing that when all people of the world accept their ways of thinking then all will be right in the world.
And don't do yourself and others the intellectual injustice of trying to convince people it isn't a belief system, but rather a lack of belief system. The atheists believe and worship a God just like everyone else. People will at some point in their life choose to follow something or someone and they will put their trust and faith in that person or object whether it is God, themselves, humanity, power, money, science, etc. The list goes on forever. The point is their "lack" of belief in God is a pseudo anti-religion since by definition of faith, religious and religion "atheism" in and of itself full fills the meanings of both words.
Faith: firm belief in something for which there is no proof (2) : complete trust
Religion: a personal set or institutionalized system of religious attitudes, beliefs, and practices
Religious: relating to or manifesting faithful devotion to an acknowledged ULTIMATE REALITY or deity
Atheists often claim that you cannot prove or disprove God, by that statement alone they are claiming they have belief in something to which there is no proof and have thus created for themselves an ultimate reality where God does not exist, except in the minds of humans. They also make the claim that there is NO proof of God's existence, which again falls under the same category. So for the sake of argument I will hypothetically make the claim that there is no proof of God's existence with in the knowledge we possess, which means this statement should be modified to there is no proof with in the limited knowledge that humans have that God does existence. Let's face it and if you truly are logical and reasonable then you must at least concede that of all the knowledge in the universe man has learned approximately 1% of the total. NO ONE can deny this, no one will tell you there is nothing more for us humans to learn, which means that in the other 99% of knowledge in the universe that is unknown by man it would be logical and reasonable to conclude the empirical proof of the existence of God does indeed and in fact exist.
So no they are not authorities who claim a more unbiased view on the existence or non-existence of God since their basis of belief, albeit on the opposite side of the spectrum to theists, is still based upon the same premise of the theists, which is a firm belief in something for which there is no proof relating to or manifesting this belief and/or faithful devotion to an acknowledged ultimate reality.
I think atheists are the supreme authorities because most of the time they have studied both sides extensively and carefully weighed the evidence.
Most religionists have never studied the other side. The easiest way to prove this point is to try to discuss evolution with one.
many of them simply mock that which they don't even believe in.. and i'm pretty sure that men are much less powerful in terms o f God's own exsistance.
I have nothing loose... I don't gain things when people get saved on my behalf, God gets the glory.
God cannot be proven or disproved.
