Good security? I could walk across the border with a bag full of drugs 100 times and not get caught in many places. Unless we build some kind of great wall of the United States across every border in the country, we just have too many miles of borders to protect them all.

If you would go to a US and Mexico border crossing, You would observe that there are certain trucks that get waived through without inspection. I'll let you ponder why that might be. Could it be corruption on both sides of the boarder? Some comes in high speed watter craft that nothing in our Coast Guard fleet stands a chance of catching. Speaking of Coast Guard, corrupt politicians have spent multimillion's of dollars on ships that the Coast Guard doesn't want and cant use. first of all, the more something is desired, the more its value to those who desire it

drugs are illegal, therefore the price goes up

if the price is high enuf, it is worth the risk to those who are of a mind to break the law for profit

also, low paid civil servants can be bribed

and lastly, the flow of illegal aliens into this country says that security is NOT that good

Sounds like a bad pop song... "Who lets the drugs in?"

The answer: whomever wants them and whoever makes money off them.
