would this color paint

or would it be best to just do all white..I'm going for a modern look here

Yeah the actual paint color won't be as bright.

Yes, since turquoise is a complementary color for a neutral (your tile) it would be fine. Nice color for a toddler's room, too. Don't paint it white, children are stimulated by color:)

i think it would look great, but you should tone down the aqua color a couple degrees and make the trim cream instead of white. the contrast between that neon aqua and true white trim would just be too jarring.
