Mine is a lay majority of the time, but sometimes I go there just for guys night out. What is urs?

It figures you are a typical guy. I hope you catch a disease for being a slime bag. Why would you pick up trash @ a bar? Save yourself some time and find a hooker, but you are probably cheap.

I go to met people new and old just to talk or catch up with life. A lot of the time you can catch a great live debate and even though most the words are slurred it is better live than on TV. The ladies oh yeah the ladies, My point of view on this is that they are the target seekers not just guys. I go to a bar that is not a meat market and the average person is about 40. And let me tell you the woman are the ones that make 80% of the moves and they are very forward. I don't go to the bar to get laid and who up there said it was cheap??? No cheap is a hooker and a condom not dinner, a movie and drinks. You can tell who goes to bars and who goes clubbing on the week end. Two very different crowds. Not everyone goes to get drunk but some do and most people I know are married so their are not there to offend any ladies with bad pick up line. Whole thing about going to a bar is not a male female thing for a lot of the people. Now clubbing on the other hand the ladies are the one that hit on me. Not that I am all that but again what does that tell you.
Have fun all and stop picking on the guys you know how you act especially when your out with a group. And you still didn't get my number. Better luck next time

To find a new girl to bed down that night. Unless I am extremely horny and can't find anyone in my black book to hook up with that night, I just drink at home because I have no interest in dancing, socializing, or listening to crappy pop/r&b/dance music.
I don't go to bars or clubs as much as I used to, though. It's only like a few times a year now. When I was in my senior year of high school and first few years of college, I went out at least once a week, usually several times a week.

To have a couple of drinks and debate world issues with friends. If I'm single it is definitely to flirt. I prefer the dance clubs over the bars.

I go just to get out with friends and get drunk, I think I've only ever met 1 guy in a bar and did not go home with him.

i go to the bar to meet my friend and sometimes get drunk. never with the idea to get laid. But i did met my boyfriend at a bar when he was in the states on holiday

It depends sometimes just to get away from the frustrations of the people Iknow. Sometimes to meet new people and on rare occassion to find someone to hook up with
