If you like him say so there is nothing more sexy then a women who asks a man out.
( I am male and I love it when a women askes me out or says she likes me and I will give any women a chance if they do the asking , because it shows they are serious)
there is no such thing as too cut to have a girl friend - the better looking a person is the more people think they are taken and no one asks them out.maybe he works out to get attention and wants to find some one.
Life is to short to not show your feelings but make sure you really like him and not his looks the better looking a person is the shallower they can be .
and they fat ugly people are often less shallow and easier to get along with there is more important things then looks

ASK around and feel him out, If he's interested he will approach you,Give him Honest signs like a smile once in awhile, or a sexy look,But make sure he wants you for who you are!And knot for what he can get! Check and find out how may girl friends he's had in the past, if more than three he's a player,if less than three he's a looker,and possibly a better choice.

Aw... i remember these feelings!! Ok.. first of all, dont act TOOO interested... that will freak him out and maybe even scare him away... then you wont even have a chance... Guys LOVE a chase!! if your to easy , he wont even try. Let him come to you, but show him your interested just a little.. like by just sayine hello, or giving him a friendly smile now and then... trust me, he will take the bait if he is interested!! Well frist start trying to talk to him as a friend and after that just let things flow slowly and then when you you feel that he is closeer to you just ask him if he would want go out with you. You never know what will happen so just try.

take the risk and ask him out, even though he doesnt want a gf mmaybe you could show him a good time on your date if he says yes and he might change his mind try taking him to ike a movie or something
