He is not just a God of peace he is pure love something most people can not grasp.

He is a merciful, yet just God. Destruction of evil is a requirement for true justice.

God defense against the evil.
God never be warrior for goodness.

You are confusing kingdoms. Just as Jesus told Pilate that His kingdom was not of this world, so the peace of God is not of this world.
Jesus clearly declared this:
Matt 10:34-39
34 "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35 For I have come to turn
"'a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law- 36 a man's enemies will be the members of his own household.'
37 "Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; 38 and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. 39 Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.

Heathen and even most religious people HATE Jesus. Those who crucified Him were VERY religious! And even today the world cannot tolerate Him....though they decieve themselves as being tolerant.
The peace that God gives is the peace of sins forgiven and the assurance of His love throughout eternity for those who seek Him.
