Don't - if you love her, you love her. If you can't have her tho thats another problem.
Perhaps it'll wear off but in the mean time you just have to swallow your need and get on with your own life.
Try think of it all in a nice way. Remember the phrase "if you love someone let them go free"
(just ignore the ending "if they don't come back, hunt them down and kill them".......)

you can't. Obviously things didn't work out for a reason. Figure out what that reason is and you probably shouldn't be dating either, if you still have feeling for you ex. You are bound to hurt the girl you are dating. If you and your ex are meant to be together, let time go by...and it will just happen. Interfereing in a relationship will only cause problems that will make things worse in the long run

Hmm...dont u think that you moved on a lil too fast?? Well whats done is done I think getting rid of anything that reminds you of your ex helps. Its not always easy to get over your first love (you prob never will) but you have to try specially now that you have someone there expecting your 100%.

you need to cut all contact
delete phone numbers
delete email address
and dont go anywhere where you know your ex is likely to be.
your ex isnt bothered about you and she doesnt think you are bothered about her since you have a new girlfriend.
you need to move on properly.
be honest with your lastest girlfriend and dump her. sounds like she will get hurt anyway.
do you really think she cant tell your jeolous?
you shouldnt be with someone unless you have got over your ex good and proper.

If you still have feelings for your ex likethis then I don't think you are ready to see other girls. You need to get over the relationship first which could take time. THEN see how you feel and date. But you never know youmight get back together, but if she has movedon,.......then don't expect it.

You can't fall out of love with someone, once you love someone, thats it, you'll love them forever, even when you think you've got over them, something like them finding someone else can send your heart breaking and then you'll realise that you weren't over them at all.
You've just gotta get used to the fact that there no getting them back and you'll just have to move, and its not fair on the girl your with now.

We always want what we can't have. You broke up for a reason and although you may not see that now you have both moved on for a reason.i think it would hurt your current girlfriend to know that you feel like this ( obviously for some time now ) but the sooner you resolve this situation the better for everyone. It is hard to please everyone but please work out what you want and soon.
This is a hard situation to be in but good luck
