Yes, your weight is fine. I'm 5'5 & 135lbs. I've been the same size for 5 years, I work out to say toned but 135 is a healthy weight for girls our size.......not only healthy but sexy!! No one likes a bag of bones!

Your weight is fine and you have to eat protein and some fat or else your hair will fall out and your fingernails will become really brittle. This isn't a lecture - you know you need all food groups - but you have to eat right. When I was in weight watchers a few years ago - I'm only 5foot 2 and 135 was the upper normal for someone 3 inches shorter than you so I think you are worrying too much. No guy likes a girl who looks like a chicken.

First of all let me just say that im 14 also 5'9' and alot heavier than you. I think your doing a big mistake eating is what gives you the energy to go through the day. Also not eating anything during the day is NOT going to make you loose weight. If you want to loose weight you NEED to eat three balanced meals every day: breakfast, luch, diner and mabey a small snack in between you also need to excercise daily go for walks with your friends dont let you and your friends make this mistake youll pay for it in the end and do not ever think because your not skinny enough your not beutiful becuse you dont have to be a size two to look pretty.

You sound fine! But you can't go without eating, t's just not healthy! You are still growing and need the nutrients. Plus, when you starve yourself your body can go into a mode of survival where it hoards everything that gets put into it defeating your purpose. Just eat normal healthy food. Go online and look up the ADA diet, it is a great diet , just common sense eating or ask you doctor or the dietician at your local hospital for a diet plan. But really you don't sound like you need a diet.

your weight is fine you sound very healthy do not not eat you could get into some serious body trouble and get an eating disorder! this is my suggestion keep eating healthy and exercising!you might just have a low metabolism!

if ranged between 18 to 25.. you are of a healthy weight...
therefore hun you are perfect... ok
and dont stop eating, you are in full process of puberty... food is important

Dont not eat, that will slow your metabolism even more, which is bad BTW, and no ur weights not bad. Just make sure ur eating the right stuff :P
