Just for fun, and I want to know what else I'm forgetting. xP
I like rice cake, green beans, egg beaters, spinach, celery, cucumbers and strawberries, and that low-cal wheat bread (40 cal p/slice). Skim milk and sugar-free jellies are also life savers... :P

What do you like?

I found that Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt flavors Banana Cream Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie, and Orange Cream are really good and help with the "sweet" cravings. I actually hate yogurt but these taste great! I have passed this info on to others and they agree too. Also Nature Valley granola bars in Pecan Crunch, Almond Crunch, and Maple Brown Sugar help too. I love sweets but I have been able to completely eliminate sugar with the help of these products and the weight is just falling off!! I also found that eating 6 small meals a day made a hugh difference for me. I am disabled and can't exercise so I was having a heck of a time losing!! Good luck!

Bee pollen shake:
1 banana, mixed berries or fruit
1 cup skim milk or soy milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Ice
1 ounce (three teaspoons) bee pollen

Blend it all together and you have a tasting diet drink.

Bee pollen has more protein per pound than a slice of steak.
One ounce of bee pollen has only 28 calories, 7g of complex carbohydrates, 15% Lecithin (fat burner) and 25% protein. Best of all it contains phenylalanine a natural appetite suppressant. I got the recipe from www.beeroyalproducts.com.
