You're best bet would be to purchase them online. A quick google of "candles" and "bobches" turns up a number of websites that sell them, including www.capecandle.com. Ebay is always an option, too.

Other than that, you could try an antique mall -- although it may be a bit like locating a needle in the hay there -- or perhaps a specialty store that sells candles and accessories. I don't recall ever seeing bobeches in any of the large national chains, however.
