Yes. It will show a charge of $423, a payment of $423 and a zero balance. Sometimes the payments aren't processed before the statements are printed, in which case only the charge of $423 would show, with a balance due of $423 plus interest.

ps: so yes, your husband will find out you used the credit card :-)

It depends on when your billing cycle ends. If the cycle ends after the charge is posted and before your payment is made, it will show up as a balance owed. However, if you pay this off by the payment due date, you will not be charged any interest (this is true for most credit cards).

Alternately, if you make the charge and the payment before the current billing cycle ends, they will "zero" each other out. That is, assuming you don't have other charges, you balance would show as $0.00 on your next statement.

Hi,

yes you seem to be very confused, dont worry its very simple .

you have spent $423 using your credit card ,

The best thing you can do is call up the customer care of that particular company and ask them when is your due date .they will be very happy to help you out.

The due date should be somewhere at the end of the month or start of next month, just make sure by asking the customer care.
and pay your due amount on or before that date.

Yes ..you should be receiving the statement soon showing how much you have to pay and before which date.

Statements are normally generated at some selected dates by the bank for every month like for example my statement is generated on 6th of every month and i have to clear it by end of that month.

Yes...it will. I will also show a payment credited.

If you are looking to hide something you purchased on a credit card from someone, good luck. If they have access to the statement, they will see it.

The CC Company want to have proof that you knew something was purchased on the card, even if you pay it off before the end of the billing cycle.

It usually takes about 2 days for a payment to process. Yes, all transactions made in a cycle will appear on a statement.

Yes, all credits and payments should show up, including refunds and adjustments made by the credit card company, but if you paid it all off, your balance should show 0.
