Oh dear, first off I am so sorry that your beloved cat is sick, but you really need to take him to the vet now.
I've had cats for over 30 years, and depending on the age of your cat, and hopefully he is an indoor cat, most times when they get sick where they need a vet's attention it's something fairly simple to treat.
Perhaps he ate something, something non-food, and the vet can judge by feeling his stomach and give him something that will make him puke.
Or perhaps he has a kidney stone or bladder stone, and then he will need medication and special food.
Or maybe he's just constipated and then the vet can give him a laxative.
Or he could have an infection, and need anti-biotics.
You love your cat, so take him to the vet immediately and ease your mind.
I hope that your cat isn't suffering from something more serious.
Good luck.

I do most of my own vet work with the guidance of my vet who is a friend. The one thing that I will always rush an animal to the vet for it its inability to take in water. An animal cannot survive with out water intake. I understand not being able to afford a vet bill but dehydration develops quickly and is lethal. Please, if your cat is important to you and you can afford it at all, take him to the vet or at least call a local vet and describe the cat's symptoms. The vet can further guide you but I am sure the cat needs to be seen immediately.

I actually have a cat that does an same problem. this style of symptom might want to be brought about from a comfortable abdomen or a foodstuff allergic reaction. you should take the kitty to the vet to be particular. he will probable supply you something to help give up the vomiting and then he will propose an all organic cat foodstuff that would help. after I run out of the cat foodstuff I feed my cat cooked fowl, salmon and tuna created from a fillet. She does all correct with those ingredients.

I would keep a very close eye on him, and if he doesn't show improvement soon - like today - please take him to the vet. He could also be suffering from dehydration on top of whatever is wrong with him, and since you're all he's got, you should do everything possible to help him get well.
My cats are like my kids, and when one of them is sick, it's kind of like having a child. Would you take your child to the doctors if it was acting the way the cat is? If the answer is yes, then get on the phone.
Is there any possibility that he's eaten something he shouldn't ? If he goes outdoors, could he have been poisoned ?
I hope he - and you feel better soon !

Definitely take him now. My cat got sick kinda like yours--but it had happened before so I didn't do anything. After a week she had gotten so much worse and I knew there was no point to even take her to the vet. She ended up dying--so NOW

I would get him to the vet ASAP, its true he may be better tomorrow, but what if you take the chance and he's dead tomorrow. Don't wait!!! You don't want the poor kitty to be sick any longer than he has to be. He's showing you that theirs something wrong the only way he knows how. Please take him to the vet.

Do not wait... pooping and puking for 24 hrs is serious enough to take cat to vet immediately. If you wait longer, you can lose the cat.

You should have anticipated unexpected vet bills before you adopted him. Get him to the vet now!!!! It's cruel to allow him to suffer this way. If you consider yourself a responsible pet owner, don't wait any longer........MOVE IT

Don't wait. Take him to the vet. Dehydration is serious and vomiting combined with very little water intake will exhaust his small supply of water and electrolytes very quickly.

Call your vet immediately!!! They will probably tell you to bring him in right away. 24 hours of him being like that is long enough, get your poor cat some help.
