I like all the messy stuff like finger/ pudding painting, edible goop. Letting them feel different textures is awesome to watch, and it doesn't matter if they eat some .

cycling - they can go on a baby seat
swimming
throw them up in the air (then catch them)
beach
put your lips on their tummy and blow a raspberry
peek a boo is endlessly funny for 10 month babies but you will tire of it so best taken in shifts with another adult
dropping things from the high chair and generally watching things fall - this is science, babies discovering gravity

You can take them to a class like Gymboree or a swimming class. This gets you and baby out of the house.

Being out in nature is good. There is so much for them to see, hear, touch, etc. My kids liked going to the zoo and looking at animals. Reading to your child is also a great activity.

I have no idea.

I know what's fun to do with a newborn, though. Hide a small amount of peanut butter in the hand near the baby's head. After several moments of silently cradling the kid, smoosh the PB on your finger, hold it up and say "ewww, I think I found the soft spot."

This gets you out of babysitting until you die.

Which may not be that long...
