How about spending time with friends
Petting dogs or cats
Taking a hot bath
Distracting your mind
Shopping!
Eat junk food with friends
Going to the movies
Having a good cry (sometimes the best thing)

Start talking to those around you, Begin a diary, take long walks gradually. You need to get the negative and the shock from the heart Attack behind you, these things can help. It's never too late to start today. You're mind and body have been through alot, but what good things you CHOOSE from here on out can make you feel much better. I hope I'm not overloading you, so like the saying goes "One day at a time" . You can do it! You've already started by asking the question. So grab a headset and reclaim your life.
Best Wishes!

Sweetie, this past year i went through the same thing.I understand what your feeling, and at this point in time i know that will be hard for you to believe. There were three things that helped me through more than anything.
1.My friends(best friend, and friends),they helped me so much through it all. They were always there for me,and that is something that i really needed at that time.
2.Talking about it.As hard as it seems,it helped me to talk about how i was feeling, and even the reason i was feeling that way.
3.Grieving.I cried and letting it out, helped. If you try to put it away, and hide the feelings you are feeling,it will only build up,until you cant take it anymore.Allowing yourself to let it out will be refreshing. It wont stop the pain but it will refresh your feelings.Dont hold back what you feel,it wont work reguardless as to how hard you try.
Dont rush into any relationships.I am still not in a "relationship",as i am not ready for that.Rushing into a relationship right off, will only allow you to attach yourself to someone else to replace the thing you lost.Just allow yourself to grieve, talk to your friends, invite them over,go out for an evening, watch movies, and do things that will not "put it out of your mind" but,yet it will allow you to accept the times you had,and realise that they were good times, but there are better times ahead.Good luck hun,and have a good day.I hope you feel better.

Only you can help your self with that, You get out and meet someone else. Realize that everything happens for a reason. And when you do go out with Mr. New Man, don't compair, let the old go and start fresh. Spend some money for the new look you wanted. Up grade to something better, you will feel better and when you see mr. Heartbreaker you have something to slap in his face. And when he calls because he will try to sound reall BUSY. You deserve the BEST, go get it

I just got heartbroken too but i am over it. I dont care about it anymore i mean it still may bother me but not like im depressed or anything. Thing of it this way now you can like any guy you want to and no one can stop you. Also how i got over with it was spending time with friends and cheerleading and gymnastics. Doing activities will take him off your mind.

Don't let depression overcome you. Please believe that when God brings you to it, he will bring you through it.
We are meant to go through hard times only to get stronger. No one soul on this earth can be always happy and neither can he be constantly troubled
A diamond is a diamond because it has endured high pressure and high temperature... if not it is only mere charcoal...
Just don't be too worried about anything. Move on...
