I would start by having my Dr. run a test to check all my vitamins and iron etc.. often its the lack of something. If not start looking at creams that lighten that sort of thing.
Make sure you get enough sleep.

You could have a vitamin K deficiency. They make an ointment to rub under the eyes for such a purpose.
Another reason could be that you are tired from either lack of sleep and or by running yourself ragged. Remember to take time for yourself as when you don't it is at best a short term gain in productivity but a severe long term loss.
Also try massaging under the eyes. This may stimulate blood flow to the area.

I would go to the dermatologist, if that is not possible try vitamin E, if that doesn't work try a bleaching cream for your eyes they have them. I hope that you have not been going on those 3 & 4 day benges staying up and not getting any sleep that will do it to

I believe it has something to do with blood vessels under the eyes. Try looking that theory up. I think that is the cause. If you look it up, maybe they can tell you what to do. Just type in "blood vessels under eyes cause circles" in the search bar and see what comes up
