You can get the trial version, from Adobe, but it's not free..

Or you can get the Totally free "Gimp" it works just as good..

Limewire. You see most of these companies that manufacture expensive software like Adobe, license them for large companies, that's why you're paying out the *** for them. Limewire might not be the most resourceful, but from some of the pirates i know, that's where they found it. Bu watch out for viruses!

You can't legally. But try GIMP -- a free open-source alternative, very powerful. http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/ (I suggest you go with a 2.3 development version, download from the second link below).
