I am guessing you are very young and still trying to find your self.
You can do as you please but remember that there is a big world out there and you will meet lots of people that you want to kiss, It sounds like you need to talk to your cousin.
Love is natural and very mysterious only you can decide what is right I would suggest that you think about it seriously and don't rush in we all feel that we are in love when we are young but you need to trust your hart and find some one who will put you before all others and love you no matter what.

coues... as in your cousin? Ewwwww. there are usually laws against that sort of thing if you guys are blood relatives. If you're not, then go for it.
