My boyfriend used to cheat on me and do alot of other things behind my back. He's not anymore, but part of me has a problem with letting those actions go and moving forward. They have caused alot of insecurities on my behalf and it is hard for us to move on with me still holding on to those things.

i think its BS to cheat. you have to ask yourself, do you want to be with him. you already have done a lot more than i could do if my girl cheated on me. blood would be spilt baby, believe me. i really cant believe you forgave this d;ck and are still with him. have you cheated on him? is that why you are still with him. maybe you needed to drop him and you regret not going so. if you really are going to stay with him i think you need to start forgiving him and i think you should also let yourself off the hook. YOURE TO HARD ON YOURSELF. *** him. he was the as's not you. he can handle a little backlash. he sh't all over you, can he handle a little sh't. keep working on it. you will move past it in your own way or you will find somone who will treat you right. but DO NOT let it bother you that you might give him a hard time or you two arent moving forward. you need to stand right where you are. YOU ARE NOT INSECURE. the cheese dck caused this and it will be up to him to make you feel like things are ok again.

I hear ya, i am having the same problem myself..You didnt say how old you or he were, or how long you've been together. Guess it doesn"t matter, lying is lying, cheating, is cheating. And, bottom line, it still hurts. If I were you, I guess I'd consider finding another bf, it's not wprth it to be unhappy all the time, looking over youshoulder, or his. Frankly, I think you'll get tired of it, and dfind someone you deserve

Been there and done that.
Even though he doesn't do those things any more (as far as you know) doesn't mean he won't again.
Accept who and what he is now and put the past on a back burner but always keep it in mind. It's been my experience that few really change. If you have one of them, count your lucky stars and keep him at all costs cause he's one in so very few.

somthing you could probely do is, well it is very hard to get rid of things that happen like that ,just try to do lots of things that entertain you and that you like to do mabey that will get it off your mind cuz you will or should be thinking about what you are doing then cuz you will ahve to concentrate on what is happening when you are doing other stuff. it takes lots of time to heal, plus read some help books on pain,hurt relations. you are never going to forget but in time you can forgive him. you are dealing with a damaged heart and soul so realize this and give yourself some pampered time. you have to feel loved and positive thinking by norman vincent peel, please read it changed my life
