i use windows messenger, i have a friend who lives in norway, is there a program available that will translate english to norwegian and vice versa on messenger, thank you all in advance as i know you will all go out of your way to help.

but you also need a dictonary to know because some times the phrases will give a completely different meaning because of Computer and can change the meaning of whole sentence
