going through CPS in one county... if i sighn away rights in one county and kids are in another can i later file for an appeal in that county or a different one if i move to a different county? no rude answers plz. this is for a research project

Depends on the laws of the state, but generally speaking once you sign away your parental rights you're done. Can't think of any case where someone has successfully regained their parental rights after signing them away.

when you sign away your rights. they are G.O.N.E.
