I think you are asking which is better, mass produced or hand craftsmanship. In low tech, the answer is the hand craftsmanship. In high tech, it is the factory approach, which permits very close tolerances and the economies of scale. So the answer is, it depends on what you a looking for.
I tend to prefer the hand crafted wherever the mass produced is not either so much better or so much less expensive that I end up having both. Buy the handcrafted to put away as your treasure for your children to inherit, and to bring out on special occasions. Buy the massed produced for utility value when reasonable. Buy what works for you.
A second consideration is the materials used, and whether you can do better with hand made of recycled materials, or even making it yourself, as a way to save resources. The more things we learn to do using recycled materials, the better off we all are, and the marketplace tends to recognize that.
Also reusable versus disposable is a consideration, although I must say I can't blame mamas that buy disposable diapers. But do dispose of them responsibly, OK?

quantity without quality is useless, less number of work with high quality would be counted in the percentage of accomplition but the work which have no quality would be a waste of time and efforts and you have to do it again

Quality is better by far.
imagine you ipod having 56,607 crappy songs, with bad recordings and all high scratchy notes.. or having 10 of you all-time favorite songs with excellent audio.
