I got my degree from Interamerican University in San German Puerto Rico. The university is accredited and offers many graduate degrees in English. There are many students from the United States and the Caribbean that attend the San German Campus. You can check their web site at www.sg.inter.edu.
Good luck!
PS San German does have programs that are offered in an English only environment.

PR has great universities that are acreditaed as any other one in US. But the classes will definetly not be in English, you might find one or two because the professors are not Spanish speaking or because is an English class. You won't be able to complete a degree receiving English instruction. The textbooks are in English though!
