is he shy or does he not like me?
when im with someone else he comes and sits with us, but when that someone leaves he leaves too!

He's really shy. He figures that the only way to ever be able to approach you is if someone else is there, because he isn't that confident. I'm sure that you can make the first move and tell him that you like him, and it will boost his confidence hundred-fold.
He wants to tell you how he feels, but he's afraid that if he does, you will reject him. That, and he's risking the friendship that you two have. Tell him, and he will reveal how much he truly care for you. (He may come on a bit strong since he has been trying to convince himself to tell you how he feels for a very long time, but don't be put off by it - it just shows what he would sacrifice to make you happy and love him.)
-Most guys want to tell girls how they feel, but they have an 'inferiority complex' (shyness). So ladies, make the first move; it's a load off our minds and will make things a LOT easier for everyone.

As a shy guy myself, he sounds like he is simply shy. He possibly is not sure about how YOU feel about him. GIven some time he should wamr up and sit by you when alone.

Well, guys nowadays have to be careful to make sure the girl is interested otherwise they can be accused of being sexually abusive and such. So it is possible that he does not want to make you uncomfortable. In that case you should make it obvious you like being close.
If you make it obvious that you like being close and he still does this then he probably does not like you. Most guys will not give up a chance to be close to someone they actually like.

he is scared he might do something stupid to make you dislike him and he dont want the chance of losing you is what i think. i had the same prob.. eventually we broke up bc he was TOO shy but yall will work out. give him time to feel more comfortable to talk and stuff around you.

He may have someoene else...sorry. That does not mean he does not like you but he may be afraid that stting with you mightbe mis-understood. Try sittingwith him and see what happens.

He doesn't want to be alone with you cause he is extremely attracted to you and he has thoughts of sex when he is around you. To be safe, he leaves and distances himself.
