I picked a skin tag on my armpit so that it would go away & it looks like it's not there anymore but now it seems like I have a pimple right where it was because it looks like one.
Why is this???
What should I do now???

Why?, because yr picking irritated the skin & it swelled.
For your second and third questions: You should put some antibiotic cream on it and leave it alone. It should go away in a few days.

Skin tags are no big deal. They are actually caused from clothing rubbing against the skin is what I've heard. If it is not bleeding...I would just let it heal naturally...maybe keep some ointment (like neosporin) on it. I've cut plenty of them off with cuticle scissors...they haven't caused me any trouble.

Leave it alone unless it gets infected. Put some peroxide on it. Do not remove anymore skin tags on your own because they are known to bleed really bad.

Just put alcohol on it frequently. You'll be fine.
