I work out a lot but I have not been eating correctly. I try to work out twice a day. I would like to lose 15 to 20 pounds in the next six weeks. What would be the best diet plan to follow? I have a big audition coming up and I think losing the extra pounds would boost my confidence. Also, are there any diet supplements that would be helpful? Any advice would be much appreciated.

The best way to lose weight is smartly , proper diet and exercise. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat breakfast and stop eating by 7pm. When you feel hungry drink a glasses of water first then wait 10 minutes to see if you are still hungry. Eating 5 small meals instead of 3 will help also. You may want to take a vitamin supplement but I would stay away from diet supplements because they don't usually work and if they do you will most likely gain the weight back after you stop taking them.

I'm not a trainer, but I have one, and he's always told me overtraining can have seriously bad effects, such as injury. Injury will sideline ALL exercise, so be careful of that. You might consider a nutritionist for diet advice, but I would suggest 5-6 small meals per day. By small, I mean, weigh out and portion your food. If you eat at a restaurant, cut your meal in half as soon as you get it and get a to-go box. Restaurant portions are generally TOO BIG. And of course, besides portioning, etc, pick healthier foods. GOOD LUCK with the diet and the audition!

Try taking a bee pollen shake:
1 Banana
1 Cup skim milk or soy milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Ice
3 teaspoons (approx. 1 ounce) bee pollen
Blend it until thick.
Replace two meals with this and you will loose weight. One ounce (3 teaspoons) of bee pollen only has 38 calories, 7 grams of complex carbohydrates, 15% Lecithin (Fat emulsifier) and 25% protein. Bee pollen has more protein per pound than a slice of steak. Bee pollen also contains a natural appetite suppressant (phenylalanine).

Keep this particular meal between 400 and six-hundred calories. Serve yourself a smaller portion, so if you like going back for seconds, you'll just end up eating a normal-size portion.

Invest in smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is much easier – those diminutive amounts suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to eat less.

It’s Friday brunch time and you simply can’t stop going back intended for seconds. But hang on! Stop for any minute and suck on another strong mint. The flavour will put you off that third plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Instead involving cream cheese or butter about bread or bagels, spread almond as well as peanut butter. The healthy fats satiate hunger and can decrease belly fat.
