First off...what is your belief about junk food and soda. Seriously...do you see it as nourishment? Or do you see it as comfort. It's an easy question with a difficult answer.

Now change your belief. Do research about junk food and soda and the negative effects of each. See what it does to you and see how it benefits the human body.

It takes 21 days to develop a habit. Start with that. If you break the trend over the 21 day mark start over.

Write down your goal. Whatever it is. Maybe you want to start small not to get discouraged. Try going w/out it for a day...now three days...now a week. Maybe your ultimate goal will be 21 days?

Start excercising. When you start excercising you will start to want healthier food to nourish your body. Take a course about nutrition. I ran a marathon and I started to crave less and less junkfood.

Remember your body is your temple...Best of luck to you!!!

Replace soda with Arizona diet green tea. It's really very refreshing- without the calories... or at least drink diet soda. Get out more, because boredom makes you crave for junk food,.... but make sure you bring a fruit with you, so you don't crave for junk food when you do get hungry while being out.

Try this: Do your best for 6 1/2 days a week to stay away from that stuff, but for half a day once a week allow yourself to have some junk food and soft drinks. Just don't gorge yourself on them. That way you won't feel so deprived but your consumption of that "bad for you" stuff becomes the exception, not the rule.

The cravings are your body going through sugar withdrawl.
Try other flavored waters on the market.. and if you are drinking THAT much water... who has any room for SODA? Make healty snacks available in convient containers. I know that carrots dont tase like cake... but if you want to loos wight and be healthy then you have to consume things that your body needs.. not WANTS.

Heck, just reading about how bad soda is for you is enough deterent for me... otherwise, I suggest just not buying any junk food or soda -- don't keep it around you. And if someone else does the shopping, ask them to buy healthier options. Bring snacks with you, so that if you're out and about you'll something healthy at all times.

nicely i imagine your do not ought to do a real foodstuff plan. in simple terms p.c.. which of your fav ingredients you want to eat for the day. yet in effortless words have a million-3 junk ingredients an afternoon truly of like 6 or 7. you are able to also seem into which ingredients your ingesting which have the most fat and say "i visit in effortless words eat this once each __ weeks/months." Dont make your self go loopy regardless of the reality that I eat a large number of tangerines. sometime in simple terms ingesting 2 will fill me up! you are able to also do a usual foodstuff plan and workout with a buddy or kinfolk that needs to drop extra pounds and is will to flow alongside with it. turn it into something relaxing yet make confident you commence off person-friendly and watch what you eat.

Replace your "bad" habit with a good one. Try healthy things that are crunchy and put some juice in your daily routine. My daughter uses banana chips and other dried fruits. I like to eat Wheaties plain, without milk or sugar. Find what works to get that "Munchie" feeling out of the way in a more healthy way. Good Luck!

Ok first of all tell you or whoever buys the food to stop buying it and try buyign veggie chips youll never eat regular chips again there 100 % healthy too hehehe/ But seriously im hooked on the pop but my doc said i have to stop because every pop you drink takes the amout of three glasses of milks worth of calcius out of your bones and teeth and you need calcium si ya but im not hooked anymore, so try to replace those snacks with carrot and celery sticks with turnip shavings over tp and put a little veggie dip on if you like it i personally dont but who cares. good luck
