First of all, you should have read your question and corrected the English! Increasing ones intelligence, is by Learning and Retaining. In order for you to increase your retention, increase your "protein" intake. That is,eat "fish". Salmon sandwiches, tuna and "all" that you like. Your I.Q can be dependant on your DNA, but Not Always, intelligence is mainly due to the "mother's" diet during the 9-months she is carrying the fetes. Also, high I.Q.'s can jump several generations in a family. So Keep learning, retaining and never let a day go by that you haven't learnt something new. When I was a child, my uncle used to play this game, he would open the dictionary and flip the pages, stop randomly and point to a word, All of us would learn that word, how to spell it, and what it meant, and use it in a sentence. Try that once a day, it is a great way to increase your Knowledge. Good Luck.

1. Improve your vocabulary. It won't actually increase your IQ, but so many IQ tests have a vocabulary component that you'll score higher.
2. Brainteasers as the others suggested above.
3. There's a card game called SET that improves your pattern recognition ability. I recommend it. Any game store will have it.
