I have been getting headaches off and on for a month now. my neck is sore and my shoulders were sore now its just the back of my neck. the headache is a pressure on top of my head. is it tension. does any one have advice or is or has gone through this?

Have it checked by a dr. any reoccuring headaches have a reason, especially if it's running into your neck, tension headaches usually hit the forehead and eyes so I don't think it's tension. Do yourself a favour look in the mirror and check to see that your pupil are the same size, if there is any difference immediately and I mean immediately go to a hospital could very serious. Nonetheless get looked at. One other thind that can cause reoccuring headaches is taking advil or motrin on a daily basis that's called a rebound head ache. Also drink lots of good fresh water you could be a bit dehydrated, But please see a pro and find out what is going on. Good luck to you.

Take some analgesics. Its probably tension headache. You can still have migrane if this recurred 3-4 times/ month.
