Keep it simple if you want it special for her. Fancy is for older kids and adults. If other small children are to be there make sure each one gets a small fun gift so that they won't want to take her toys. Cup cakes are good so that each kid gets their own. play games that all kids can do together not games where little kids have to wait. Take pictures of kids having fun because she won't remember much a month from now and none of it in a year. If the weather is good where you are consider going to a park so you won't have such a big mess to clean up. Have fun and relax then it will be fun for her too.
