My hair is like my avatar picture but my thicker , wilder, frizzier and shorter in the back. Any helpful hints on how can I keep it from going too paper straight in the front and buckshot wild in the back?

You just have to choose a good shampoo and hair balsam. I suggest or head and shoulders+zinc, or pantene which fits to your hair.

Sounds like you have mixed heritage hair. Just straighten the back and leave the front alone. Use John Frieda products and your look will even out.

use a straightening moose on the front of your hair and smooth it in with your hands after you take a shower and blowdry it WHILE still combing the front of it so it will stay straighter and then straighten it after and curl the back of it a little.
if you under stand what i just said than try that lol

Well you can blow dry the front and straighten the back. Blow drying the front will make it have more volume and becoming 'paper straight'.

Try using some good styling products, gel or mousse while your hair is still damp, then blow dry on low.

Good luck!
