I make them all the time and I do not use ice
They use ice to make them thicker

What I do is use frozen fruit

For almost like a milk shake

1 cup of frozen strawberries

put in blender and I add a little milk I use 1% and I use just enough that when the blender is on it just starts to tunnel If you stir it as you go you can make it thicker then just adding more fluids

Now to this recipe you can add plane unsweetened yogurt again I use 1% fat

for either of these you can eat as a milk shake or I put them in Sm covered containers pour in single serving and freeze it a great frozen treat

You can switch the strawberries for any berries just make sure that they are frozen that is the trick to make them thick

I also use honey or maple syrup to sweeten them

for sorbet I use again frozen fruit and juice and just enough juice to tunnel and I put in Sm containers and freeze

I like strawberry and cran grape juice
or raspberry and the same

What is great if you have kids is to have a bunch of choices and let them make there own choices and they love it they can not tell that the " ice cream" is good for them

Have fun

??? you have the basics already...take any kind of ripe fruit...berries, some melons, and pineapple, mango, etc. Place in a blender, add about 8 ounces of yogurt, about 1 cup crushed ice, and either fruit juice or milk, just enough to get it going. Puree until smooth.

You can also freeze smoothies in a throw away paper cup, add a Popsicle stick (available in craft stores) and have some healthy Popsicles.

My mom made this smoothie before for me it was awesome. First she would get my favourite fruits and cut them out 1 by 1. Then she added sugar. 3 and a half cups of sugar. The she addedd my favourite ice cream which it was choclate mint. Then she used that thingy were theres 1 2 3 4 and high. Its a machine that has a low level of spin and high level of spin thing. At the end she added a little bit of milk. Like half of a quarter carton.

A smoothie is what you're making it. Fruit ice and juice are the overall ingrediants. when I make smoothies i do not have a 'set' record of the thanks to make it. I throw a banana in, then strawberries raspberries blueberries even mango or peaches are tremendous. upload Ice (in case you want it chillier) and juice (or water). basically save in recommendations at the same time as filling the blender do not placed too a lot in or it is going to splash out. It rises with air because it blends too. playstation the adaptation between a smoothy and a shake is a shake has a milk product in it. So including ice cream or milk will make it a shake. relying on what you're making...a good (putting out) rule of thumb is about 2 cups of fruit to at least one cup of liquid and one cup of ice(if mandatory) . flow from there and upload or delete as you flow. another element, somewhat of including ice, I save luggage of frozen strawberries and blueberries in my freezer, and this makes it ideal. i imagine our prominent is a banana, 2 handfuls of strawberries and a peach (no seed). I upload pineapple juice to this. Apple pear or grape is high-quality.
