This is the link for international calling codes.You just type in where you are calling from and the number and country where you would like to call and it will tell you how to dial it:

It will depend which country you are dialling from. You start off with the international access code, which, from most countries, is 00. Then you dial the French national code, which is 33. So, if you are dialling from the UK, you would start off with 0033. Then you dial the subscriber's number, omitting the initial zero.

you just put 0033 or +33 in front of the phone number and leave off the first zero of the number itself, so if the number starts 07816, you put in +337816

From where,some countrys have a code to get a line out then the country code.
