No I don't really care what people think about my driver. I have had several driver's through the years. I have been a Nascar fan since 78.
When a fan starts questioning their own driver then there is a problem. Like my driver Dale Jarrett. He really needs to retire. There are driver's I like that are good racers and driver's I like that just seem like they are cool and genuine.

Maybe it's the way I grew up, but I really don't care what people think about alot of things. If people don't like me, so what. If they don't like my driver, so what. I have a show truck and I get alot of people that yell at me to get a real truck, why do you show, what the hell is that etc. doesn't bother me. I know the man behind the helmet. He might suck of late, but he seems like a good guy. A driver that would actually talk to you, pun (Tony Stewart).

Check my truck out on myspace at DJDonsterD.

It doesn't matter at all if they don't like my driver. I don't like a few drivers out there either. The great thing about the fans in NASCAR is the parity. You can go to a race and have twenty people each supporting a different driver sitting around you and everyone is respectful of your choice of drivers. You won't get that at any other sports venue.

Well, no. A lot of people have a grudge against my favorite driver, Sterling Marlin. It really gets on my nerves when people hate him for that, and when people go around saying he sucks, when they don't closley look at all the bad luck he had in 06. I guess it just frustrates me more than anything.

Of course, part of the fun of NASCAR is having a driver you love, and a driver you hate, so I guess I can't blame them too much.

Not everyone has a driver that people hate. I've met only one or two people in my whole life that hated my driver (Mark Martin). Of course, NASCAR fans have become more polarized than ever over the last ten years, so it will become more common as rivalries continue.

I could care less. I love the 48 team and if someone wants to waste all that energy hating a driver then go right ahead. It gives me a good laugh. BTW, I too have never heard anything bad about Mark Martin. Great Driver. Go #48.

To wit to woo. Each has his own If everyone liked the same driver it would make a boring race,
I'll cheer for Joe Gibbs Racing to win and root for wonderboy and and companry to crash, blow or finish last.

It does not bother me either way I know everyone can not like the same driver I like Dale Jr and I know some people do not like him. To each their own opinion!!!

No, I have a few favorites and when other fans are for other drivers, it makes it more exciting.

It goes both ways... I am a huge 24 fan... and when he crashes and people are cheering I just have to tell myself "wait until next week" lol...

It just showes that fans are that passionate about Nascar, and I think thats what makes it so great!
