Acne is caused by hormonal changes in the body and also by dirt getting in your pores. It's a MYTH that food such as chocolate and greasy food cause acne, or any food for that matter!!

I recently studied health psychology and its a FACT that it doesnt matter what you put into your stomach, it wont cause acne. IF you are allergic to something and eat it, you could get HIVES... but NOT acne.

somewhat. because of the fat. but grease and oil are much more effective in zit-making
EDIT: Bmac is right. drinking milk or anything else doesnt cause the acne. but your diet DOES seriously affect the likely hood of getting acne, because how oily your skin is matters.

No. Acne is a bacterial infection and is not caused by any foods.
