My advice is stay away from credit cards.They are evil.If you don't have the cash don't buy it.

Credit cards are totally save. I would suggest you do this: Never pay for something you can charge and never charge more than you can pay for when the bill comes. The main problem with credit cards is that you have do discipline yourself not to over spend. The interest rates are out of sight.

I don't know what you call safe.But you are looking at some of the highest interest rates.In my opinion credit cards are the best way to get in debt over your head and lose everything that you have worked for.I think a debit card would be a better choice.

Yes...try to get a bank card like Chase...looks better on your credit report.
