Never heard of Linux Windows, I have heard of Lindows, but the linux operating systems come with burning software with them, you still need a CD or DVD Burner installed on the PC. Good Luck

Linux Windows? I'm going to assume you mean you have Linux with a windows-like desktop environment such as Gnome. There are ways of burning CD's with a GUI or you can use a terminal window as well. This page explains how to do it either way:

Is it possible you want to know how to burn a Linux installation CD from Windows? The installation package usually comes in the format of an ISO image. You'll need a burning program that supports ISO's like Nero or ISO Recorder is a freeware program that will do it. Either way, this page explains how to do that.

Well in Windows you normally need seperate software - unless you use XP in which case it's built in.
In Linux, you normally use an inbuilt program... KRoast or KBake or something if you use KDE as the desktop environment.
Of course you stating "linux windows" rather worries me. Which one are you actually using? - Do you know the difference???
