I am looking for a young girl painter who's name is water in Russian I believe. She said she met God and he taught her to paint.

I've heard it's vodka. That's why the drink is called that, because it looks like water.

I'm not 100%, though, vodka might just be an alteration of the actual word for "water."

Water would be "Voda" in Russian.
Vodka means "small water".
