what do think of a person who gives wet and sloppy kisses? Is it rude to let them know you don't like the way they kiss?

Perhaps they learned to kiss from their dog.
And yes, it's fine to suggest someone kiss the way you prefer to kiss...better to suggest what you like, than point out what you don't like about their style unless that's what you have to do to get them to stop.

sometimes wet and sloppy is the best thing and sometimes it not but in general its not a common practice....instead of "saying" something just try and "lead" when you are kissing and don't be sloppy after about 5 seconds the other person will realize that things are awkward and change their style...its very easy to do and VERY common, we all kiss different you know

I would think that they either don't have much experience, he wants to move things fast, or it's just plain sloppy. It might hurt their feelings if you tell them. Why don't you just say that you just read a magazine on a way to kiss and you would like to try it on him. That way you can show him how with out making him feel bad.

I never had a wet and sloppy kiss. I would guess I would wipe my mouth off with my sleeve right in front of them or make a comment like "damn that was a wet kiss" Not sure I would like it ...sounds kind of gross.

I think they are just sloppy in general. There's nothing anyone can do to change that- it's in their nature !!
You will have to say somthing if that is a turn off for you. Rude or not- eventually you will.

Just say it,rather than tolerate that kinda kiss.Bad kissing sucks.You deserve to be kissed better and passionately like a pretty angel,not like a chewingum!

No, but I would tell them that I like it when he kisses me THIS way... if he couldnt get the hint, and otherwise was a VERY NICE GUY and we seemed to get along great and have fun... Id still go out with them.

If you do not like the way they kiss tell them they way you like to be kiss. Be nice about it.
