there are ways to leave your lover:

You just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don't need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don't need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free

The first question I should ask, is are you living with him? If so, then I would move out as soon as you can even if it's your place. If he's not on the lease, then I would put your notice in and move out before it's up. The landlord will kick him out. The best way to do this is to do it during the week while he is at work. If he's that controlling, you may need to change your cell phone and home phone numbers when you move. If he knows where you work, if there is any security, be sure to let them know that he is unwelcome there. They will take care of it. If there is no security, then tell a male co-worker that you trust what's going on and be sure to ask him if the guy shows up, you can get him to help you get rid of him. You could try breaking up with him, but he probably won't accept it. You could try that first before moving and everything. Even if you don't live with him, you may still want to consider moving so he can't come to your home and harass you. If all else fails, get a restraining order against him. Good Luck!

well, first you need to get a hobby or something that you can do that he would hate. then start going there and spending less and less time with him. also don't let him know what your doing he may go a little a wall. just make him think you are doing other things and reassure him that you will get together later. eventually he will start breaking away from you and hopefully he will meet someone else, or get help controlling men and women are a really bad thing. next relationship try not answering to too many deeds or questions. keep an arms length until you are ready. boy i wish you all the luck

Make your plans, somewhere to stay, new job, change your mobile number, everything that you need for your own survival. If neccessary go to your local womens shelter for advice. Then go, do not tell him where. You can leave a letter giving your reasons but no information how to contact you.If there are kids involved then it becomes more difficult and you may need legal advice. Just MAKE SURE you are safe.

It sounds like that's somethng you're going to have to grow up and determine for yourself. Best of wishes. Write it all down now - as it's happening, and write a book about it.
