I have noticed that this happens to my when I am dehydrated. Try drinking a BIG glass of water before you go to bed. If this doesn't help, I'd make an appointment with your DR. But this usually helps me. My pain mostly comes in my calf, but spreads to my feet. Do your calves cramp up too?

This happened to me, went to the doc and was told that i lack in vitamin D and calcium. Advised to take supplements. Still do, and never had the problem since! Maybe worth a try. Good Luck

Massage your feet for 10 minutes each before you retire at night, that should help the circulation. xxx
