I was just researching this last night and ran across this. What you described are the symptoms of Giardiasis. Esp. the sulfur taste.

Magnesium Oxide supplement pills. the style for bone and joint health. They fill up the magnesium you lost from ingesting, and they are frequently made with calcium which permits with any abdomen subject matters. Magnesium with nutrition B12 will eliminate the shaky fingers too. LOL and don't have 'a hair of the dogs that bit you' aka a touch regardless of you've been ingesting very last evening. it can make the tummy bypass away now, notwithstanding it is going to come again later so that you are able to address it besides. do not drink some thing bitter like OJ or any colored Sodas like Coke. The nutrition C in the OJ and the caramel coloring in the Cola will make your abdomen even more suitable dissatisfied. I favor Sprite, and far of it.

This seems to be the digested food particles regurging back to your esophagus and back to your mouth again, giving you this bad taste. Causes of this regurge could be GERD which is the Gastro-esophageal reflux disease. If you are having difficulty in swallowing, this could be Achalasia. With diarrhea and vomitting, i can say that this is gastroenteritis. Increase your fluid intake and have a bedrest.
Good Luck

2 Weeks??? That is entirely too long to be that sick and not see a doctor. Could be a food allergy or bacteria or viral.
