I know it sounds weird and selfish because people are out there who are really starving and I feel so bad but I like the way I feel when I dont eat and Im hungry and sick......why do I like the way it feels when I dont eat .....it makes me feel great just to say no to food and the feeling of empty stomach, sickly, and really hungry.

see a psychologist. you have a mental problem that leads to anorexia. i dont know why you would like feeling hungry. maybe you like the way your stomach feels when you dont eat for a while. it feels smaller somehow doesnt it. if you re for real you need some help. talk to someone or go see a professional. if you dont like that idea i would say eat plenty of small meals through out that day. eat lots of salad with veggies. use olive oil and vinegar as your dressings to help your joints and good fats and the vinegar will keep you clean. keep up with protein b/c that will feed your muscles and your brain.

I always accidently starve myself in the course of the day because i'm no longer hungry and by using the time it truly is 9pm i'm getting soo hungry and devour a lot. I do this on a daily basis. i don't like the sensation of ravenous fairly notwithstanding it truly is not any longer undesirable once you're not any further hungry.

hey me too all i do is eat 1 can of soup a day like 240 calories and sometimes i fast for 10 days straight i know i love when my body is hungry i have lost over 60 pounds in 4 months


Weight watchers aint got nada on me!

You need to seek help. You will eventually die if you starve yourself enough. There is something wrong with your brain that makes you think starving yourself is great. I use to do the same thing, so I know how truly dangerous it is.

Thats really not good.....at all. Have you had any problems with eating disorders in the past? If so i would look for a support group in your area, maybe talk to a therapist about it.

Eat something! It's possible you hate the feeling of being stuffed. So say yes to small portions of food that are healthy for you. Then you will love the feeling of being healthy. Don't gorge yourself until you can't fit anything more in your stomach. But, please, say yes to food.

You need to get help hon!! Don't be one of the people that die from starving theirself and becoming an anorexic person or someone with bulimia They cause all kinds of health problems and a life of misery. Ask God to help u. He's the best life you will ever live!!!!!!! PLEASE EAT !!!!!!!!!

You need help - you cannot do this alone. Talk to a counselor or your medical provider NOW. You are headed down the path of anorexia.

you're fine. maybe that's just the way you are. if you don't like to eat, don't eat. don't let anyone put you down just cause you don't eat much. there's plenty of guys out there who like very thin women, i'm one of them.
