that is considered cardiac arrest.
there's nothing better for cardiac rehabilitation than new blood being circulated around you. go find a new boo and let the good times roll,..
be happy the right man is coming.

Surround yourself with people who don't have intentions of breaking your heart or hurting you. And remember that everyone before you has been there and everyone after will be there too. Life doesn't play favorites with anyone.
And know that even though it is really hard to deal with all the 'pieces' being broken right now, it will mend again and you will be happy like before.
Although you never truly forget about the pain, time eventually heals it to where you won't be so consumed by it or you won't even care about it anymore because you will be sooo over it.
Stay positive chica!

Well Sweetheart,
you have to pick up the pieces and put them back together. That requires ME time. Really be selfish and think about yourself. There was a musical a long time ago called DON'T BOTHER ME I CAN'T COPE. In that show was a song called "Don't Nobody Bring Me No Bad News." You need to adopt that philosophy and concentrate on anything except the person who broke your heart. As in all things, it takes time but you will get over it and be a better person for the lesson you learned.

You have to use it as a lesson in your life with whatever happened. You have to live your day like you would every day. Just because your heart is broken doesnt mean you should just give up. You have to move on in order to put the pieces of your heart back together.

It takes time.. but you must make sure you get rid of all the little things that reminds you of this person. It might be a piece of jewelery, clothing, favorite hang out spot, or even a song you both once shared, once listening to it can cause him or her to creep up in you memory banks. Just tell yourself that you're a good person, notice all your qualities, love yourself that way you'll be comfortable knowing that it is this person's lost. They let a good thing slip through their fingers. Start hanging out with other Friends and eventually you won't even remember this person on an intimate level .. and that it real ..

You can't force yourself to move on.
I know how that feels.
Kinda like you can't breath. A huge pressure is right on your chest, and evey beat of the heart is so painfull, you can actually feel the PHYSICAL pain.
I got my heart shattered one year ago, today actually. And i am just beginning to move on.
One thing that helped me, is I would imagine scenerios in wich I cnfronted that guy, and I turned him down. I would imagine HIM going through all the torment he put me through.
It doesn't take the pain away, But makes it easier to cope with.
I hope your heart heals.

Slowly!
It takes a long time to get over heartbreak, accept that and go easy with yourself. Don't try to rush the healing process, allow yourself to wallow in misery, but never ever lose site of the fact that it IS a healing process, and you WILL get better!
Lean on your friends, bother them, annoy them, it's what they're for! One day you can return the favour.
Don't give up!

You don't have to move on right now. Take time to be sad, it's really ok. You can try to take the situation and learn from it maybe, depending on your situation.
It's ok to take time to let your heart heal.
Just know that tomorrow is another day. Take it slow, and things will slowly start getting better. I promise.

I know how you feel. At first you think you can't go on, you cry , weep, and you think you'll never meet someone else. But trust me as days go by you will feel better. Try to go out with friends, have fun and try not to think about it that much. The feeling will go away, but you will never forget. Someone else will come so don't worry!

Do something for yourself, go out with friends, spend time w/ relatives and try to re-coup. Try to move on, I know that will take time but time will make it better. Besides theres more out there in the sea! Have fun, time to mingle.
