Try drinking herbal teas like Chamomile, Fennel and Peppermint may be drunk freely. Water is best drunk hot, warm or at least at room temperature and can have a slice of lemon added to it. Avoid, coffee, tea and all stimulants. These all help in removing toxins from your body which cause spots.
Tropical Fruit:
Kiwi fruit, mango, papaya and pineapple all contain extremely cleansing digestive enzymes which are good for this type of detox.
Foods To Avoid:
Dairy (Milk, butter, cheese, cream, yoghurt), Meat and all meat products, sugar and anything containing added sugar, salt, coffee, tea (except herbal kinds), soft drinks, chips, sweets, canned foods, cakes, pastries, bread, alcohol and anything that is not completely natural.
Or buy yourself some Clearisil which you apply to your spotted skin during the day and then nightclear which you put on your face of a night. THESE BOTH work

Get a bottle of pure essential oil of tea-tree (about £3 from any health shop or chemist). Add approx. 15-20 drops to half a small bottle of mineral water, . Shake well and apply to face with cotton wool twice a day. You should see an improvement in a couple of days.
Keep away from the eyes! Wash your hands after using. If it does get in your eyes, don't worry just rinse with lots and lots of water - can't do you any harm but may sting a bit. Better to avoid it!
Tea-tree is a natural antibiotic which clears the infection that causes the spots.
I have given this remedy to friends of mine in the past - always with amazing results.
I hope you try it as I know it will help.
All the best.

A really good thing to do is to use witch hazel- you can use the natural oil stuff but there are a lot of witch havel products out there. Also, trying putting on green makeup under a foundation or something as green is supposed to neutralise the colour pink or something.
(But I realise the latter may be a bit far out for a guy)

Toothpaste! Just dab a little on each spot at night before bed!
Couple of days they will start to go! This is a doctors advice as I used to suffer from spots and this is what my doctor told me. Do you know what - it works!

The only thing that gets rid of spots is stuff from the doctor and yes they will give you stuff if you say you suffer from acne.

The contraceptive Pill - Dianette. It's often used for acne. I also use tea tree oil when I get a spot come up. Haven't totally got rid of them, but my skin's far clearer. Good luck! X
