me and my bf have been dating for about 7 months, he has known that i am not happy sometimes and i tried talking to him yesterday to get things worked out and he wouldnt talk, he said i am the one unhappy and left it at that. He was on yahoo and i asked him where do we go from here he didnt answer me. I asked him do we work it out or go our seperate ways again he didnt answer so is he telling me its over but not saying anything or he doesnt want to end it?

Sounds like it is indeed time to move on. If he was away from his computer when you IMed him and he cared he would have called or gotten back with you somehow to make sure you knew. ((((HUGS))))

Men do not know how to handle "feelings" or emotional talk.
He is not a counsellor o a therapist or a chick, so stop bringing your emotional traumas to him... he cannot "fix"you or your life and you're frustating him with your demands for answers and solutions.
If you have deep emotional issues I suggest for you to find a friend or a counselor that is trained to do so.
If you want to know where your relationship is heading, then simply ask him without dramas or guilt trips and "ambush" questions such as the ones that you asked him..
Iif that was you... what are you supposed to respond when someone tells you that they are not happy with you. It's a no-win situation. If he says that he loves you, then you will say that he needs to show it more or that is not good enough and you don;t believe him; if he says that is over, then you would blow up and make a huge scene, if he says that he doesn't know, then you will torture that poor old soul and continue to dwell into it.... see, it's best for him to stay quiet and say nothing until you get a grip of yourself.

Kind of sounds like he is. Weak isn't it? Can't even come out and say how he is feeling. I find that most guys don't talk about their thoughts for fear of retaliation, but what they don't understand is that if they were open and honest about things, there probably wouldn't be any retaliation. And you can find someone better than this guy who will tell you what he is thinking and feeling and if you're it, then he'll tell you you're it. Not run away and hide like a coward. Well it seems like he's confused on what to do, just as you are. Maybe it would be best if the both of you considered spending time apart for a while and if it is "love" you 2 will try to make it work again.. Good luck

Whew, that's a hard one. If you really want to be with him I would try one more time, try showing up at his house or pretty much backing him in the corner until you get things worked out. If he still didn't answer, I would consider it over and move on.

he's trying to sort things out it sounds like, don't push to hard cuz then all signs of reconciliation would be gone, give him a lil while to figure things out but then maybe write him an email of your thoughts, at the end say something, if i don't get a response im going to assume its over cuz i can't take anymore,
it will clear things up for you.

girl move on if your not happy now just think about a year from now. you guys should be in the newness still. move on find someone your going to be happy with.its only been 7 mon.

No one is worth stressing over. Leave him and move on with your life and find someone who is going to make you laugh and have a good time, not someone who makes you feel miserable.

ok, when a man or even a woman avoids a question they are having issues answering cause they know what they are about to say is not going to go well, or its going to blow way out of wack. so the easiest way to handle it is to say nothing he is pleading the 5th
