jan 5 2007 i had look at the othe one marked jan 11 it had chunks the jan 5 one um i tasted the jan 5 one and its ok i guess is it?

no it has all ready expired weather the signs are visible or not, the milk has probably already began to curdle just not to the point where you can notice it!

If it's not sour you can drink it. The expiration date applies to when it has to be sold by. Stored under the right conditions it could be good for as much as a week after the expiration date. If it's bad your nose will know.
