like for example.. If ur going to Florida or california it must required the passports??? I know international and islands required passports but in USA? a cousin of mine told me.. I was surprised and surf from website and didnt find anything.. did u know abt it?

If you're a US citizen, you don't need a passport to travel between States. If you're not a citizen, you need a passport to enter the USA, but not between States.

You don't need a passport in order to fly between the 48 contiguous states. However, if you're crossing any sort of land or sea border you will need a passport. You need a passport to/from Hawaii, Alaska, as well as American territories such as the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

No, nothing is required when going from state to state as far as a passport goes. Obviously if you are driving, a valid driver's license is necessary, though. You will need to go through customs when entering and leaving the United States, but not between states.

It would be highly unlikely with all of the people's rights groups that anything like this would ever get passed as a law.

Yeah,
It works like your id, so when you go through security you can give them that instead. You do not need it though
