Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret.

Worldly sorrow brings death.

Godly griefs brings no anger, as God is slow to anger but understanding for what the did wrong.

Wordly grief produces more hatred and the pleasing of the devil, along with lives being lost
