Hey Diane,

The site listed below has immigration since 1902 -1927, and there are naturalization links - that would be becomming a US Citizen.

Those are several good answers so far . Another way to possibly narrow it down would be to start checking the U.S. Census where it lists whether a citizen or not ; or when they became a citizen .

Also ask your relatives--anyone who might know, even if it's just a guess, at least you will have a few years or a decade in which to search.

I have my grandfather's naturalization papers--I got them from my grandmother. Do you know if anyone in your family has your grandfather's personal files/papers?
