There are those who allow their mouth to engage before the brain does. These are the ones you are talking about.
Most of the time, they don't intentionally say these rude or inconsiderate things, but it doesn't matter since it has been said. What is that old saying...."Can't unring a bell?"
Sure, lots of people just start blabbing without ever considering their words or who it might affect. There even might be a few who realize their blunder. But even so, don't stop the action and just fumble through life wondering why they don't have friends.

Every coin has two sides. Turn the coin and ask yourself - do people who never have much to say ever have much in the way of thoughts that are worth sharing?
Some people are more talkative and some are more quiet. Some people think out loud while others are more introspective. The real question is how well are you able to percieve other people's psychological makeup and effectively develop a relationship that makes the best use of that blueprint?

as a person who says what is on my mind most of the time, I don't think it's laziness so much as being OK with myself enough so that what other people think doesn't bother me. I haven't always been like this. I think until I turned 27 I tried to be everyone's friend. Now in mid thirties, I don't have time to be everyone's friend, and I think the truth is always the best, even if it hurts.

I think some people are just very opinionated and outspoken and they really feel they need to say what they think, no matter how it makes the other person feel. I also think some people also don't know any better to think before they speak, they just weren't taught to think things through before they let things come out of their mouth. I tend to think before I speak because sometimes you can say something and have it misconstrued and no amount of "I'm sorry" can take it back.

Not lazy just dont care how people see them and think of them, they are their own person and theres nothing wrong with that though they do need to make sure that they dont go too far. Sometimes its not always good to say whats on your mind

Some people are just aggressive with their words because, they feel that if they don't get their point across they feel they are weak and they usually have to have the last word.
Some people are passive and don't like confrontation with anyone so, they tend not to speak their mind and just withdraw into a corner. These people tend to hold in alot of emotions that trouble them and then end up with gastrointestinal(stomach) problems later in life.
Most people though like to be assertive with their words and actions to get their point across without being rude or hurting someones feelings. I like these people, personally myself.

Not lazy, they jsut dont care about he social niceties and what otehrs think about them. If its rude, tell them so, I am sure some people don't realize what they said was rude. If they did realize it, then they jsut don't care and u won't be able to change that.

You have to remember that not all people are the same. There are those that feel it better to speak the truth bluntly even if it hurts someone. while others take feelings into account.

I think it has to do with upbringing. If when children they weren't taught any better they grow up doing the same things and thinking its ok.
